Children’s Parties at ToriArts
Celebrate with a fun, creative party at our ToriArts studios in Madeley or Wellington.
Choose from dance and games, aerial adventures or a full performing arts experience. Our parties are led by experienced instructors and can be adapted to suit the birthday child’s age, interests and experience.
Party dates and times depend on the chosen studio and instructor availability.
Dance & Games Party — £165
A fun and energetic 90-minute party filled with music, dancing and party games.
Suitable for ages 4–12 and up to 12 children, including the birthday child.
The party includes around 45 minutes of dance activities and games, a break for food and cake in the reception area, followed by more dancing and games to finish.
Parents provide the food, drinks, cake and decorations. ToriArts provides the instructor, activities, studio space, tables and chairs.
Aerial Adventure Party — £195
A fun 90-minute aerial party where children can enjoy hoop and silks activities led by an experienced instructor.
Suitable for ages 6–16 and up to 12 children, including the birthday child. No previous aerial experience is needed.
The party includes around 45 minutes of aerial activities, a break for food and cake in the reception area, followed by lighter aerial activities, games and photo opportunities.
Parents provide the food, drinks, cake and decorations. ToriArts provides the instructor, aerial equipment, crash mats, studio space, tables and chairs.
Showstopper Party — £215
A two-hour performing arts party for children who love dancing, singing, acting and being on stage.
Suitable for ages 5–14 and up to 15 children, including the birthday child.
The party begins with around 45 minutes of performing arts activities and games, followed by a break for food and cake in the reception area. The children then return to the studio for more activities, rehearsals and a short performance to finish.
Parents provide the food, drinks, cake and decorations. ToriArts provides the instructor, activities, studio space, tables and chairs.
Party Information
You will have access to the venue for 30 minutes before the party to set up food, cake and simple decorations, and 30 minutes afterwards to clear away.
A parent, guardian or other nominated responsible adult must remain at the venue throughout the party. They will be responsible for serving food and drinks, supervising children during the food break and checking any allergies or dietary requirements.
Cold or pre-prepared food is welcome, but we cannot allow cooking, reheating, alcohol, glass bottles, confetti, glitter or silly string. All decorations, leftover food and rubbish must be removed before leaving.
Booking & Payment
All parties are enquiry-only and subject to studio and instructor availability.
Once a date and time have been agreed, we will hold the booking provisionally for 48 hours. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the party, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the party.
If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the party, no further payment will be due, but the deposit will not be refunded. If a booking is cancelled within 14 days, the full balance will remain payable.
Where possible, we may allow a booking to be moved to another available date at our discretion.
